- Visa Application Process When applying for a visa through EmiratiVisa, the Visa Applicant must provide accurate and complete information as required by the application form. Emirati Visa is not liable for any delays or denials resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Visa Applicant. It is the Visa Applicant’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided is true and up to date.
- Payment The Visa Applicant agrees to pay the fees associated with their visa application using a valid payment method accepted by Emirati Visa. All fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted, except as outlined in our Refund Policy. Emirati Visa reserves the right to change the fees for our services at any time, with or without notice.
- Eligibility The Visa Applicant must meet the eligibility requirements for the visa they are applying for, as determined by the relevant immigration authorities. Emirati Visa reserves the right to reject any application that does not meet these requirements. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from the Visa Applicant’s failure to meet the eligibility criteria.
- Intellectual Property All content on the Emirati Visa website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Emirati Visa and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Visa Applicant may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our prior written consent.
- Limitation of Liability Emirati Visa and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our website or services. This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis.
- Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the courts of India.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions Emirati Visa reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to access our website or use our services after any revisions become effective, the Visa Applicant agrees to be bound by the updated terms. It is the Visa Applicant’s responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes.
- Dispute Resolution In case of any dispute or conflict concerning the terms, validity, interpretation, implementation, or alleged breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, the Visa Applicant will first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company. If the dispute is not resolved amicably within forty-five (45) days, it shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with arbitration proceedings conducted in English.
The Company’s duty is solely to carry out the visa application and complete the requisite formalities as per UAE Immigration rules and regulations. The Company shall not be held accountable for the approval or rejection of the visa applied by or on behalf of the Visa Applicant. The Company shall not be responsible or liable in any manner if the Visa Applicant decides to overstay without legitimate approvals at a particular destination, and the Visa Applicant shall bear any resulting penalty charges, disciplinary actions, or legal proceedings by the concerned authorities.
