Emirati Visa Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only available if your visa application is denied by the relevant immigration authorities. Visa refusals are different from visa application denials and do not fall under the purview of our refund policies. To request a refund for a denied application, you must provide us with the official denial notice issued by the authorities. We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of the denial notice before processing any refunds.
General Terms for Refund and Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your application at any time for various reasons, including but not limited to:
- Downtime and availability of embassy or third-party systems
- Any other unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances
- Changes in policies, immigration fees, or any other terms and conditions as published in UAE Immigration news releases or on their website
- Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the user, such as incorrect travel dates, unclear passport copies, or failure to respond to communication from EmiratiVisa within 24 hours of receipt.
Processing Refunds
Refunds are only available if your visa application is denied by the relevant immigration authorities. Visa refusals are different from visa application denials and do not fall under the purview of our refund policies. To request a refund for a denied application, you must provide us with the official denial notice issued by the authorities. Once we receive the official denial notice, we will process your refund within 5 business days after a case-by-case review. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the visa application. Emirati Visa is not responsible for any delays in refund processing caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
Non-Refundable Fees and Limited Refund Amount
Please note that certain fees associated with the visa application process, such as service and processing fees, are non-refundable once your application has been submitted through the EmiratiVisa system. These fees cover administrative costs, including any foreign exchange charges.
Refunds are not available for approved visa applications, even if you decide not to use the visa or travel to the destination country. Once a visa application is approved and the visa is issued, no refunds will be provided regardless of whether the visa is used or not. However, should your application be denied, the refund amount will be limited to the fees paid specifically for the visa application, excluding any non-refundable fees mentioned above. Emirati Visa reserves the right to deduct any additional charges incurred during the refund process, such as currency conversion fees or bank processing fees.
